Clokey is a package including a capture device, an interface and a software suite composed by CLOKEY™ Manager and Clokey™ Engine.

CLOKEY™ Engine is a little program which run as service and control the capture device to get FPC and match it in a FPC file. Appropriate action is taken according the result of matching.

All action and users list are managed by CLOKEY™ Manager which generates files used by CLOKEY™ Engine.

• CLOKEY™ Software components

• CLOKEY™ Manager can be installed on one or several networked computers running all Windows platform( or on CLOKEY™ Engine PC as well).

The manager controls users, FPC database, sensors list, lock, schedule, restricted access list, and time log management (for payroll purpose or security report). It also allows fingerprint registration using a classic USB U.are.U® Fingerprint Sensor.

• CLOKEY™ Engine is the polling system running a service on a NT, 2000 or XP computer. It gets sensors events then performs the matching process according FPC database created by the manager. It can be used on as client (get sensor event and forward to CLOKEY™ Engine Server), as server (matching request process) or both on the same machine (standalone mode).
