1/ Capture device
Fingerprint sensor alone:
- If users database is small (10 to 30, depends also how fast is the host PC)
- If Response time is not a priority
- If you do not need to activate ILS surveillance manually
or CkiQF+: Fingerprint sensor combined with a keypad and a LED display.
- If users database is large (up to 999999)
- If response time is a priority, particularly in time attendance system where all people are clocking at the same time.
- If you use ILS surveillance and need to activate manually from outside.
2/ Controller CkiDX
- CkiDX controls Electromagnetic lock and keypad (CkiQF)
• Software
CLOKEY Software is made of two parts:
1/ CLOKEY Manager for:
- registration of users in database
- time-clock setup
- schedules management
- reports and time sheets export
CLOKEY MANAGER generates files for CLOKEY ENGINE, it can be install on any PC on the network.
2/ CLOKEY ENGINE for:
Time-Clock operation (run as a service)
- Fingerprint scan
- Fingerprint characteristics compare with database
- Control access rights
- Control CkiDX
CLOKEY ENGINE run permanently on the PC where the capture device (sensor alone or CkiQF) is connected.
CLOKEY MANAGER and CLOKEY ENGINE are two independent pieces of software and do not have to be installed and running on the same PC.
