Summary F.A.Q >> Capture Device, Door lock Controller, Software. ID code and PIN Number Three modes can be setup (each time-clock): - No compulsory ID Code: you can register your fingerprint without entering your ID Code (user number). According to the number of registered users and the processor of the host PC or CLOKEY server, the matching may take more or less time for last users in the list. So, this mode is not recommended for large user base. When you enter an ID Code before fingerprint, CLOKEY directly matches your fingerprint with your record in the database in a very short time. In this mode, the ID Code is not compulsory but it can be used for quicker response. - Compulsory ID Code: First, you must enter your ID Code, and then register your fingerprint. If fingerprint is only registered, registration will be rejected and CkiQF will display 'Code'. - Compulsory PIN Number: this is the same as Compulsory ID Code, but ID Code is replaced by a secret PIN Number (CkiQF will display 'Pin' when requested). This mode is for high security needs where fingerprint technology alone is insufficient. Clokey summary combinations - Time & attendance tracking only
- security access only
