- No compulsory ID Code: you can register your fingerprint without entering your ID Code (user number). According to the number of registered users and the processor of the host PC or CLOKEY server, the matching may take more or less time for last users in the list. So, this mode is not recommended for large user base. When you enter an ID Code before fingerprint, CLOKEY directly matches your fingerprint with your record in the database in a very short time. In this mode, the ID Code is not compulsory but it can be used for quicker response.

- Compulsory ID Code: First, you must enter your ID Code, and then register your fingerprint. If fingerprint is only registered, registration will be rejected and CkiQF will display 'Code'.

- Compulsory PIN Number: this is the same as Compulsory ID Code, but ID Code is replaced by a secret PIN Number (CkiQF will display 'Pin' when requested). This mode is for high security needs where fingerprint technology alone is insufficient.

• Clokey summary combinations

- Time & attendance tracking only

• The function of this system is only to record clocking in and out.
• Clocking in and out can be on the same time clock or on two separate time clocks.
• No electric lock, no ILS.
• Control of missing clocking is only possible by directly checking individual time sheet records.

- security access only

• Can be at the entrance only with no registration of output.
• Can be at both entrance and output with one time clock only. In this case when the door is manually opened from inside, there is a delay to successfully register on the time clock, which is situated outside; otherwise an alarm is activated if ILS surveillance is on.
• Can be at both entrance and output with two time clocks (but one ILS only). In this case when the door is manually opened from inside (panic button or manual handle), a process of alarm is initiated.

- Time & attendance + security access

• Every combination of above is possible.
• ILS surveillance can be automatically disabled at first successful entrance, then reactivate later manually or automatically at the time setup in CLOKEY MANAGER; during the no-surveillance period, time clock is used for time attendance record only.
• Some users may have the right to unlock the door within a specific time frame.
