• Optional alarm actions

• A popup explicit message is sent to PC or list of PCs setup in CLOKEY MANAGER.
• An email explicit message is sent to address (or list) setup in CLOKEY MANAGER.
• A command line, setup in clokey manager, is executed; this can be for:
  • An alarm software
  • A phone dial-up with voice message
  • Activation of an interface to a dedicated alarm system….

• ILS surveillance

• ILS is made of two parts: one magnet installed on the door, one ILS contact installed on the doorframe. ILS is activated every time the door is opened; according to the setup of CLOKEY, this will have different actions:
  • No ILS surveillance > No action
  • ILS permanently enabled > Alarm will be initiated if the door was not opened with CLOKEY, or if the door was not closed after the delay setup in CLOKEY MANAGER or if the door was unlocked but not opened.
  • ILS periodically enabled/disabled > during enable period, it will have the same functions as for ILS permanently enables, during disable period > no action.
• ILS surveillance can be manually enabled from the keypad. According to the setup in CLOKEY MANAGER, this can be done in different ways:
  • No compulsory code: Press '#' key on the keypad, and then register fingerprint.
  • Compulsory code: Press '#' key on the keypad, then enter the ID code number, and then register fingerprint.
  • Compulsory PIN: Press '#' key on the keypad, then enter the PIN number, and then register fingerprint.
• When ILS is not in permanent surveillance mode, it will be automatically disabled at the first successful entrance.
• When ILS surveillance is setup to start automatically at a certain time, it will be enabled from that time until the first successful entrance. ILS surveillance will be enabled again either automatically, as setup in CLOKEY MANAGER, or manually. If an authorized user opens the door when installation is under surveillance, he will automatically disable ILS surveillance; therefore he will have to manually enable ILS surveillance when he will leave if necessary. If somebody leaves when installation is under surveillance (ILS surveillance enabled), he will only have to cancel the alarm, but ILS surveillance will be still enabled. The system cannot force people to manually enable ILS surveillance. However, every clocking will be recorded with ILS enabled or not.
